Rinvio is recruiting for the Superintendent - Life Safety Systems lane on a large hyperscale data center construction program in the Wichita Falls, TX region. This role is focused on life safety system installation, fire alarm interfaces, inspection readiness, documentation, deficiency tracking, and turnover.

Pay: $88.00 - $115.00 / hr
Schedule: 50 hours/week expected

Project: Large hyperscale data center build. Client and exact site details are shared only with qualified candidates.

Primary scope:
- Coordinate life safety rough-in, device installation, interface points, inspections, testing support, and closeout
- Track AHJ/inspection readiness, deficiency logs, drawings, test records, and turnover documentation
- Work across electrical, fire protection, telecom, security, QA, and commissioning teams

Background that fits:
- Life safety, fire alarm, low voltage, MEP, data center, or large commercial systems background
- Strong understanding of inspection readiness, device coordination, documentation, and closeout
