Electrical Superintendent - Data Center - hyperscale data center construction

Rinvio is recruiting for the Superintendent - Electrical lane on a large hyperscale data center construction program in the Wichita Falls, TX region. This role is focused on electrical field execution, power distribution, equipment rooms, cable tray, feeders, grounding, QA, and turnover.

This is a field-supervision role: daily production, manpower coordination, installation sequence, safety, and punch discipline matter more than desk-heavy reporting.

Pay: $95.00 - $125.00 / hr
Schedule: 50 hours/week expected

Project: Large hyperscale data center build. Client and exact site details are shared only with qualified candidates.

Primary scope:
- Coordinate electrical installation sequencing, manpower constraints, material readiness, inspections, testing, and closeout
- Track switchgear, UPS, generators, feeders, grounding, cable tray, lighting, and power distribution issues as applicable
- Work with field leaders, QA, safety, commissioning, vendors, and project controls

Role emphasis:
- Lead day-to-day field execution, crew/subcontractor coordination, lookahead planning, safety expectations, and installation quality
- Walk work areas, remove field blockers, document progress, and keep turnover/punch items moving
