Commissioning Manager - hyperscale data center construction

Rinvio is recruiting for the Commissioning Manager lane on a large hyperscale data center construction program in the Wichita Falls, TX region. This role is focused on commissioning readiness, scripts, test execution support, issue logs, integrated systems testing, and turnover.

This is a package-lead role: scope ownership, constraint removal, trade coordination, reporting, and escalation discipline matter every day.

Pay: $105.00 - $140.00 / hr
Schedule: 50 hours/week expected

Project: Large hyperscale data center build. Client and exact site details are shared only with qualified candidates.

Primary scope:
- Support commissioning planning, pre-functional/functional testing, integrated systems readiness, issue tracking, and retesting
- Maintain or drive Cx logs, scripts, checklists, test records, and turnover packages
- Coordinate with construction, QA, vendors, controls, electrical, mechanical, and owner-side stakeholders

Role emphasis:
- Own the trade/package rhythm, including weekly planning, field constraints, budget or change inputs, and leadership updates
- Coordinate upstream decisions so field teams have drawings, materials, access, approvals, and clear priorities
