Interpret laws, rulings and regulations to conduct complex regulatory analysis and implementation of radiation detection projects across Latin America focused on the Nuclear Smuggling Detection & Deterrence Program under the U.S. Department of Energy.
Master’s in International Business or related plus 10 years’ experience in capacity building w/ foreign partners in trade regs in compliance with int’l agreements; coordinating int’l mechanisms to support exchange of information, & radiation detection equipment; & negotiating & representing fed gov’t before foreign entities on strategic controls enforcement, nuclear nonproliferation, & border security. 40% int’l travel req. Telecommuting permitted 5 days per week.
