As a Reservation Sales Agent, you will be the first point of contact for clients looking to book their next getaway or business trip. This is a fast-paced, sales-driven customer service role where you will handle inbound inquiries, identify client needs, recommend travel packages, and finalize reservations. If you have a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and a knack for closing sales, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to Inbound Inquiries: Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and online chat requests from clients looking to book travel.

Consult and Sell: Listen to client preferences and budget requirements to recommend optimal flights, hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages.

Process Bookings: Efficiently navigate booking engines and Global Distribution Systems (GDS) to secure accurate reservations and process secure payments.

Optimize reservation value: Upsell travel insurance, upgraded accommodations, and additional excursions to meet monthly sales and performance metrics.

Resolve Issues: Assist clients with itinerary changes, cancellations, and travel disruptions in a calm, professional manner.

Maintain Records: Accurately enter and update client data, communication notes, and booking details in our CRM system.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 1 2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or telesales (travel industry experience is a major plus).

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional telephone demeanor.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with basic computer systems, CRM software, and standard office tools. Experience with CRM software is not required (we will train the right person).

Detail-Oriented: High level of accuracy when managing dates, passenger names, and financial transactions.

Problem-Solving: Ability to multi-task and think on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
