Travel Sales Agent / Independent Travel Consultant (Commission-Based)

About the Role

We are a growing travel agency seeking motivated, self-driven individuals to join our team as Independent Travel Consultants. This is a commission-only opportunity ideal for individuals who are passionate about travel, sales, and helping clients plan memorable trips.

What You’ll Do

Promote and sell travel packages including flights, hotels, cruises, and vacation experiences

Assist clients with planning personalized travel itineraries

Provide customer support before, during, and after bookings

Build and maintain your own client base through marketing and referrals

Stay up to date on travel deals, destinations, and industry trends

Requirements

️ Strong communication and customer service skills

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Comfortable with sales and commission-based income

Basic computer and internet skills

️ Prior travel, sales, or hospitality experience is a plus (not required)

Compensation

Commission-based only (no base salary)
