WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- 5+ years of hands-on software development experience
- Good English fluent spoken and written communication (you will collaborate daily with a US-based team)
- Self-taught or bootcamp background welcome no formal degree required
- Strong GitHub profile, portfolio, or project samples highly valued
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, asynchronous environment
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace
- Results-driven we measure output and quality, not hours logged

LOCATION REQUIREMENT

Candidates must be based in one of the following regions:
- Latin America: Argentina, Colombia, Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Uruguay, Peru, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic
- Eastern Europe: Poland, Ukraine, Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Croatia, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Moldova, Kosovo, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Belarus
- Middle East & Mediterranean: Tunisia, Bosnia, Albania, Armenia, Greece, Iran, Israel, Turkey
