• Advance Practice Provider (NP/PA) needed for a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care including assessments, exams, and treatment planning.
• Perform procedures such as injections, immunizations, suturing, and wound care.
• Educate and counsel patients on treatment plans, wellness, and preventive care.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to support continuity of care.
• Salary: $95,000 to $150,000 + benefits.
• Multiple NP/ PA openings in Lakewood, Voorhees Township and Neptune City NJ
