Role
Cold call / DM qualified leads
Get users to complete registration
Pass successful sign-ups into the system
Pay Structure
$25 per successful registration (based on quality/volume)
Weekly performance bonus: +$100 $500 for top performers
Tiered increases: higher payout per signup after 50+ conversions/month
