Your Core Mission

Serve as the primary example of professionalism, leadership, and efficiency while overseeing the daily operations.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise staff
Train and develop team members
Ensure exceptional customer service
Maintain safety and cleanliness standards
Coordinate daily operations and workflow
Manage inventory and facility needs
Demonstrate proficiency with Toast POS systems
Drive productivity and team accountability

Qualifications

Previous management experience required
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, organized, and team-oriented mindset
Food service experience preferred
