We are seeking dependable, motivated individuals who are interested in building a long-term remote career while helping families better understand the benefit options available to them.

This opportunity involves connecting with members who have requested information, providing clear explanations, answering questions, and guiding them through a simple virtual process. You will communicate by phone and video, assist with basic online forms, and help ensure each member has a professional and supportive experience.

Previous experience in the industry is not required. Training, mentorship, and step-by-step guidance are provided to help you learn the process and succeed from the start.

Responsibilities

Connect with members who have requested benefit information

Schedule and conduct virtual appointments

Provide clear, professional explanations of available programs

Answer questions and guide members through next steps

Assist with completing basic digital forms

Keep records organized and up to date

Follow established systems and participate in training

Ideal Candidate

Strong communication skills

Professional, reliable, and organized

Comfortable speaking with people by phone or video

Basic computer skills, including email, Zoom, and online forms

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Able to work independently from home

Customer service or people-focused experience is an asset
