We are expanding our remote team and looking for driven individuals who enjoy speaking with people, staying organized, and providing helpful support to families.

In this role, you will work with members who have already shown interest in learning more about available benefit programs. Your main responsibility will be to guide them through a simple online process, answer questions, and provide clear information in a professional and friendly manner.

You do not need prior industry experience to get started. A structured training process, ongoing support, and mentorship are provided so you can learn the role step by step.

What the Role Involves

You will be responsible for reaching out to members, setting up virtual appointments, reviewing available program information, assisting with online forms, and keeping records accurate. Most communication is handled through phone, email, and video meetings.
