No previous experience in this field is required. We provide structured training, ongoing mentorship, and step-by-step support so you can learn the process, build confidence, and continue developing your skills over time.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will connect with members who are looking for information about their available programs and help guide them through the next steps. This includes scheduling virtual appointments, conducting short online meetings, explaining options in a simple and professional way, answering questions, and assisting with basic digital paperwork.

You will also be expected to stay organized, manage follow-ups, keep member information updated, and participate in training sessions designed to help you improve your communication, organization, and overall performance.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Communicate with members by phone, email, and video conference

Schedule and confirm virtual appointments

Provide clear explanations of available benefit programs

Answer questions in a professional and helpful manner

Guide members through a simple online process

Assist with completing digital forms and applications

Maintain accurate records and update information as needed

Follow up with members to ensure they receive proper support

Use basic online tools such as Zoom, email, and internal systems

Participate in training, coaching, and team development
