What We Offer

• $30–$45/hour (no flat rate)

• $60,000–$120,000+ annual earning potential

• Weekly pay

• Hourly and commission pay options available

• 90-day pay guarantee for technicians choosing commission

What You'll Do

• Perform diesel inspections and preventative maintenance

• Diagnose drivability and mechanical concerns

• Complete repairs efficiently and accurately

• Perform fleet maintenance and repair work

• Maintain productivity goals and quality standards

• Communicate findings and recommendations as needed

What We're Looking For

Required

• Minimum 2 years of technician experience

• Diesel diagnostic and repair experience

• Valid driver's license

• Strong work ethic and team mentality

• Ability to work independently

Preferred

• A-Level technician experience

• Experience with Freightliner, Peterbilt, and heavy-duty trucks

• Fleet maintenance background

• Strong diagnostic skills
