Role Overview We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Senior Customer Success Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of high-value accounts. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, driving adoption, retention, and expansion while ensuring customers achieve measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise and high-growth customers Build and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned to customer goals and KPIs Drive onboarding, product adoption, and long-term engagement Identify growth opportunities and partner with Sales on renewals, upsells, and cross-sells Proactively monitor account health and mitigate risks to retention Lead business reviews (QBRs/EBRs) to demonstrate value and ROI Advocate for customer needs by partnering with Product, Marketing, and Support teams Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices within the Customer Success organization Qualifications 2-3+ years of experience in Customer Success, or related roles Experience managing enterprise or strategic accounts in a SaaS environment Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills Proven track record of driving retention, expansion, and customer satisfaction Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple complex priorities Nice to Have Experience in partnerships, affiliate marketing, or digital marketing Familiarity with CRM and customer success platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight) Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth technology company What We Offer Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits Flexible work environment Opportunities for career growth and leadership development Inclusive and collaborative company culture Why Join Us?
