This role requires strong stakeholder engagement and expertise in translating business needs into clear functional specifications. --- Key Responsibilities: * Gather, analyze, and document business requirements (BRD, FSD, user stories) * Translate business needs into functional and non-functional specifications * Perform process mapping (AS-IS / TO-BE) and workflow analysis * Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity * Support solution delivery and ensure it meets business objectives * Validate data using basic SQL and perform reconciliation --- Required Skills: * 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst * Strong requirement gathering and documentation skills * Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities * Experience with process mapping and workflow analysis * Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies * Basic SQL/data analysis skills --- Domain: * Life Sciences
