Job Overview
Cleaning Residential, commercial and vacation rental properties. We operate 7 days a week, with varied days off. Starting wage depends on experience.

We start out between 14-16/hour plus mileage reimbursement and tips as clients give them.

Review and raise based on performance, quality and reliability after 90 days, and again at 1 year.

Responsibilities

North Team: Ludington to Whitehall
South Team: North Muskegon to North Holland

Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas along the route for team applied for, including floors, restrooms, offices, and common areas.

Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and according to established standards and schedules

Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies safely and responsibly

Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to supervisors

Maintain cleanliness logs and document completed tasks accurately within the app provided

Follow health and safety protocols at all times to protect yourself and others

Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed to uphold hygiene standards

Qualifications

Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates

Ability to work independently and on a team with minimal supervision while managing time effectively

Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work

Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude

Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties throughout the shift

Your own reliable transportation to travel between locations along the route for the team applied for.
