Senior Construction Project Engineer

HEPCO Inc. is seeking Senior Construction Project Engineers to support large-scale airport infrastructure projects, including AirTrain-related work. This is a leadership role responsible for driving projects from initiation through completion while ensuring compliance with all engineering standards, safety requirements, and project specifications.

Lead project execution from initiation through closeout
Oversee large-scale infrastructure projects, including AirTrain-related work
Ensure compliance with engineering codes, safety standards, and project specifications
Manage project schedules, budgets, and overall deliverables
Coordinate with contractors, stakeholders, and internal project teams
Monitor project performance and address risks or issues as they arise
Oversee reporting, documentation, and project tracking
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
10+ years of experience on large-scale infrastructure projects ($100M+)
Proven leadership experience managing complex projects and teams
Strong knowledge of project controls, scheduling, and budgeting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Procore, and Primavera P6
