Job Responsibilities:
As a Spa Facial Technician, you will:
Perform facials, chemical peels, and advanced skincare treatments tailored to individual client needs.
Conduct professional skin analysis and recommend personalized skincare regimens.
Maintain treatment room cleanliness, product inventory, and spa ambiance
Educate clients on post-treatment care and skincare routines.
Collaborate with medical providers for pre- and post-procedure support when needed.

Compensation & Terms:
Independent Contractor (1099) classification
Paid per completed facial or skincare service
Rates vary by treatment type and modality
Invoices processed within 30 business days
Flexible scheduling based on your availability and client demand
Qualifications

Valid California Esthetician License:
Experience in a luxury spa or med spa setting preferred
Strong knowledge of skincare ingredients, protocols, and client care
Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
