Human Resources Generalist

Important: This position is fully onsite in Chico, CA and requires the candidate to work Monday through Friday at the Chico location. Must have: Stable Work history: Client would prefer more longevity in roles. They have auto rejected candidates with only a year or less tenure at companies. Associate's Degree Construction or Manufacturing company experience 5 years of experience in HR California HR best practices, employment law, and compliance regulations. Nice to Have: Bachelor's Degree English/Spanish Bilingual Union experience Professional HR certification(s) (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR, SHRM-SCP, SPHR).
