Glazier Foreman

Rinvio is hiring a Glazier Foreman for a BBB A+ rated glass and window company in the Bay Area (Newark, CA). This company is known for fast response times and quality craftsmanship. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Lead and supervise glazing crews on commercial and residential projects • Install glass, windows, storefronts, curtain walls, and mirrors • Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications • Ensure quality control and safety compliance on all installations • Coordinate with project managers and clients on job requirements • Train and mentor junior glaziers • Manage material inventory and equipment on job sites REQUIREMENTS: • 5+ years of glazing experience with 2+ years in a leadership role • Strong knowledge of glass installation techniques and materials • Experience with commercial storefronts, curtain walls, and window systems • Ability to read blueprints and specifications • Valid driver's license with clean record • OSHA 10/30 certification preferred • Strong communication and leadership skills COMPENSATION: • $35-45/hour depending on experience • W-2 contract position • Weekly pay • Bay Area location Apply now to lead projects with a top-rated glass company!
