Millwright

Rinvio is hiring a Millwright for a steel mill in Wilton, Iowa. This facility is one of the largest consumers of electric power in the state and produces merchant and special bar quality steel for manufacturing, agriculture, and construction. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery and equipment • Perform preventive maintenance on rolling mills, conveyors, and production equipment • Align, level, and install heavy industrial machinery • Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings • Weld, cut, and fabricate parts as needed • Support production uptime in a 24/7 manufacturing environment • Work with cranes, rigging, and heavy equipment REQUIREMENTS: • 3+ years of millwright experience (steel/heavy manufacturing preferred) • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills • Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems • Welding and fabrication skills preferred • Ability to work rotating shifts • OSHA 10/30 certification preferred COMPENSATION: • $35/hour • W-2 contract position • Weekly pay • Great opportunity in a stable industry Apply now to join a major steel production facility!
