Industrial Electrician

Rinvio is hiring an Industrial Electrician for a steel mill in Wilton, Iowa. This facility is one of the largest consumers of electric power in the state and produces merchant and special bar quality steel for manufacturing, agriculture, and construction. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems • Work with high-voltage electrical distribution systems, motors, and drives • Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment • Troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, and motor control systems • Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints • Ensure compliance with NEC and plant safety standards • Support production uptime in a 24/7 manufacturing environment REQUIREMENTS: • Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent industrial experience • 3+ years of industrial electrical experience (steel/heavy manufacturing preferred) • Experience with 480V 3-phase systems, PLCs, and VFDs • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills • Ability to work rotating shifts • OSHA 10/30 certification preferred COMPENSATION: • $40-50/hour depending on experience • W-2 contract position • Weekly pay • Great opportunity in a stable industry Apply now to join a major steel production facility!
