Patient Care & Treatment Coordinator

We are seeking a dependable, patient-focused professional to join our growing dental team. This role combines treatment coordination, patient communication, scheduling, and financial discussions to help patients receive the care they need while supporting the daily flow of the practice.

The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, staying organized in a busy environment, and helping patients navigate treatment recommendations, insurance benefits, and payment options.

Key Responsibilities

*Review recommended treatment with patients and answer questions regarding procedures, timelines, and next steps
*Discuss fees, insurance estimates, and available payment solutions
*Coordinate financial arrangements and process patient payments
*Follow up with patients regarding pending treatment and account balances
*Maintain an organized and productive appointment schedule
*Communicate effectively with providers and clinical staff to support patient care
*Assist patients by phone and in person with scheduling needs and general inquiries
*Verify insurance information and help patients understand their coverage
*Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
*Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the patient experience
Qualifications

*Previous experience in a dental office preferred
*Knowledge of treatment coordination, scheduling, and dental insurance
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills
*Ability to discuss treatment and financial matters professionally and confidently
*Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
*Detail-oriented with strong follow-through skills
*Positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding patient service
*Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
