POSITION SUMMARY:
The US Regional Manager is a senior leadership position responsible for the full operational and commercial performance of CLOSW Construction's American business. This role holds direct accountability for project delivery, team leadership, business development, client relationships, and regional P&L across all active US states.
As a result of CLOSW's continued growth in the US market, this position has been created to provide focused executive leadership to our American operations while maintaining close coordination with our European headquarters in Rotterdam.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operations & Delivery
• Oversee all construction project delivery across CLOSW's US operations currently active in 9 states
• Ensure 96%+ on-time delivery standard is maintained across all active projects
• Implement and enforce CLOSW's ISO 9001 quality management systems on all US projects
• Lead weekly operations reviews with senior project managers and site superintendents
• Manage project risk, escalations, and client issues at senior level
Team Leadership
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of senior project managers, superintendents, and estimators
• Recruit and onboard new construction professionals as the US team expands
• Conduct performance reviews and manage compensation recommendations for US team
• Foster a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous improvement
Business Development
• Identify, pursue, and close new industrial and commercial construction opportunities across the USA
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, REITs, logistics companies, and industrial clients
• Represent CLOSW at industry events, trade associations, and client presentations nationally
• Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects from first contact through contract award
Financial Performance
• Full P&L accountability for CLOSW's US regional operations
• Monthly financial reporting to CEO and European leadership team
• Manage and Budget oversight across all active US projects simultaneously
• Drive revenue growth in line with CLOSW's US expansion targets
International Coordination
• Serve as primary liaison between US operations and Rotterdam HQ
• Coordinate dual-continent project delivery for multinational clients
• Participate in international leadership meetings and strategy sessions
• Identify opportunities where CLOSW's European capability adds value to US client relationships

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Required
• 7+ years progressive experience in industrial or commercial construction
• Minimum 2 years in a senior leadership role regional manager, VP of operations, or equivalent
• Demonstrated track record managing combined annual project value of $100M or more
• Proven business development experience with an established network of developer and industrial clients
• Deep knowledge of US construction codes, OSHA standards, and GC licensing requirements
• Experience managing multi-state operations or geographically dispersed project teams
• Strong financial acumen P&L management and budget oversight experience
• Excellent communication skills comfortable presenting at board and C-suite level
• Willingness and ability to travel nationally on a regular basis
• Valid US driver's license
Preferred
• Experience working within or alongside an international parent company
• Existing relationships with industrial developers, logistics REITs, or commercial real estate firms
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems
• Experience with design-build project delivery
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline

Base Salary
$95,000 $120,000 per year depending on experience and existing client network
