Senior Business Systems Analyst, Supply Chain Systems
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience designing and implementing supply chain systems.
- 10 years of experience building integrated systems throughout the entire life-cycle (e.g., analyze, design, build, test, implement, and support).
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience creating and scaling new opportunities to improve domain critical Key Performance Indicator (KPIs).
- Experience working with and influencing cross-functional leaders to define requirements and manage technical portfolios.
- Expert technical process analysis skills to translate business requirements into comprehensive solution architecture.
- Experience in full system implementation life-cycles (e.g., analyze, design, build, test, implement, support) with Supply Chain solutions.

US: $188000 - $275000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
- Take ownership over projects, continue to track and maintain progress, mitigate risks, manage unpredictability, keep teams and clients updated, and manage stakeholders and escalations, co-ordinate testing, and work with engineering teams to deploy applications all the way to launch.
- Provide insight and drive scalable solutions aligned to strategy and architecture.
- Execute complete system implementation of transformative initiatives and projects, requirements of documentation, systems configuration, test documentation and execution, issue identification, and resolution.
- Translate business processes and how they map to the predefined Planning and Logistics processes.
- Provide SAP implementation expertise and collaborate with technical team to ensure successful implementations.
