Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information systems, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field and 8 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a Solutions Consultant related occupation.
- Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information systems, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field, and 6 years of experience in the job offered or in a Solutions Consultant-related occupation.
Position requires 6 years of experience in the following: Technical project management (requirements, scope, risk, timelines); Process design and improvement or Operations management (SLAs, capacity planning, quality control, outsourcing); Stakeholder management and collaboration; Structured discovery of customer objectives and quantification of solution value or Consulting and stakeholder needs analysis; Systems solutioning (full implementation lifecycle) or Strategy and roadmap development for enterprise systems
About the job
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $145,650 - $204,000 + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Learn more about benefits at Google.
Position reports to the Google Seattle, Washington office & may allow for a hybrid schedule as per Google policy.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to client leadership by demonstrating how Google's advertising products and technology can solve their business problems.
- Identify customer needs by understanding clients’ annual and quarterly challenges/goals in collaboration with Sales, assessing and prioritizing where bespoke projects can add value.
- Develop and implement service plans that leverage Google's resources (e.g. technical support, media campaigns, customer service) to address the client's needs and drive growth.
- Serve as the main point of contact for servicing the client, conducting regular check-ins (e,g. Discovery conversation and project debriefs) to ensure their needs are being met.
