Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and dependable Entry-Level Dental Assistant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is curious about dentistry and interested in gaining hands-on experience in a supportive clinical environment. Prior dental experience is helpful but not required—we are happy to train the right person who has a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Assist hygienists with seating patients and preparing for appointments
- Take dental X-rays as needed (training provided if necessary)
- Help coordinate treatment planning with the doctor during exams
- Prepare and turn over treatment rooms between patients
- Maintain a clean, organized clinical environment
- Communicate effectively with team members to support smooth patient flow
- Provide a welcoming and comfortable experience for patients
Qualifications:
- Interest in dentistry and willingness to learn
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Dental experience preferred but not required
