In-Home Caregiver – Phoenix Area | Weekly Pay | Consistent Hours
We’re hiring experienced in-home caregivers in the Phoenix area to provide one-on-one care that helps seniors live safely and comfortably at home.
This role offers steady work, real support, and meaningful relationships with the people you care for.
Pay & Benefits
- $16.00-$18.00/hr - weekly pay & direct deposit

What You’ll Do
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help with bathing, grooming, and personal care
- Assist with meals, light housekeeping, and daily routines
- Support safety and independence at home
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) OR be a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes
- Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care and build strong relationships
- Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (Bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply)
- Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirement
