We are seeking a per diem Registered Nurse to join the team within our Post Anesthesia Care Observation Unit on 3 Mandell.

We are seeking a per diem Registered Nurse to join the team within our Post Anesthesia Care Observation Unit on 3 Mandell.
Key Responsibilities:
- Caring for post-surgical pediatric patients
- Working collaboratively in a family-centered environment.
- Ability to work a Day/Night rotation. Primarily 12-hour shifts, with some flexibility needed for 8- and 10-hour shifts. Weekend requirement will include Friday nights and/or Saturday days. No Sundays, no on-call requirements currently. Holidays are required.
Education:
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
- Minimum of 2 years of inpatient Boston Children’s Hospital RN experience or 2 years of other pediatric inpatient experience.
- Post-surgical care experience preferred.
- Current Massachusetts license as a Registered Nurse
The posted pay range is Boston Children’s reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting.
Any base pay offer provided depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and a variety of other job-related factors.
