Training assistant
Training assistant needs 2 years of experience in learning administration, supporting multiple business areas / functions.
Training assistant requires:
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, or similar); strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
• Experience working in SuccessFactors required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to liaison effectively between internal stakeholders and external partners
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or regulated industry learning and compliance requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field
Training assistant duties:
• Provide dedicated administrative support
• Support the scheduling and logistics coordination for instructor-led training sessions as needed

Process routine LMS transactions including enrollments, completions, waivers, and extensions
