About the Role

As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, you'll provide individualized, child-centered therapy services in the environments where children naturally learn, play, and grow. You'll partner closely with families, caregivers, educators, and other professionals to support each child's developmental journey.

This position offers the opportunity to build meaningful connections with families while maintaining control over your schedule and caseload.

What You'll Do

Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations for pediatric clients
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each child's strengths and goals
Provide therapy services in natural environments, including homes, schools, daycare settings, and community locations
Coach and empower parents and caregivers through education, collaboration, and practical strategies that support progress beyond therapy sessions
Maintain timely and accurate documentation using our streamlined electronic medical record (EMR) system
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team dedicated to delivering high-quality, family-centered care
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to support optimal outcomes

Qualifications
Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice (or eligibility for licensure)
Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Passion for working with children and families
Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team
Reliable transportation for community-based visits
