About the Role

As a Pediatric Physical Therapist, you'll work directly with children and families in natural environments where growth happens every day including homes, schools, daycare centers, and community settings. You'll create individualized treatment plans, build strong relationships with families, and help children achieve meaningful functional outcomes.

This role offers the flexibility to manage your own schedule while being supported by a collaborative team that truly understands the value of work-life balance.

What You'll Do
Perform comprehensive pediatric physical therapy evaluations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that support each child's unique developmental needs
Provide therapy services in homes, schools, daycare settings, and community environments
Help children improve strength, balance, coordination, mobility, and gross motor skills
Partner with families and caregivers through education, coaching, and collaborative goal-setting
Complete documentation efficiently using our user-friendly EMR platform
Collaborate with fellow therapists and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, family-centered care
Track progress and adjust interventions to maximize outcomes and participation in everyday activities

Qualifications
Current Physical Therapist license in the state of practice (or eligibility for licensure)
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Passion for working with children and supporting families
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload
Reliable transportation for community-based visits
New Graduates Encouraged to Apply
