What You'll Do
Evaluate and treat children with a variety of developmental, neurological, orthopedic, and mobility-related needs
Create individualized treatment plans that support functional movement and age-appropriate development
Deliver therapy services in homes, schools, daycare centers, and community settings
Collaborate with families to develop practical strategies that encourage progress between visits
Monitor outcomes and adapt treatment plans based on each child's growth and goals
Maintain accurate, timely documentation using our streamlined electronic documentation system
Partner with fellow therapists and healthcare providers to ensure coordinated, family-centered care

Qualifications
Current Physical Therapist license (or license eligibility) in the state of practice
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Strong interest in pediatric therapy and family-centered care
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
Reliable transportation for community-based visits
