Duties
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations to transplant surgeons, hospitals, C-Suite Executives and other healthcare professionals.
• Develop and manage strong B2B relationships with medical facilities, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Identify new sales opportunities through strategic account management and analysis of market trends.
• Negotiate terms and close deals effectively while maintaining professional integrity and compliance with industry regulations with Vice President
• Provide technical sales support by explaining product features, benefits, and clinical data to healthcare providers.
• Organize and deliver compelling presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint to educate clients on product innovations.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions using organizational pipeline
Skills
• Proven experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales with a focus on cardiac products.
• Strong negotiation skills to secure deals, benefiting both clients and the company.
• Excellent communication skills for effective product demos, presentations, and client interactions.
• Expertise in account management and outside sales strategies to expand market reach.
• Ability to analyze market data and customer feedback to optimize sales approaches.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for documentation and reporting purposes.
