The Registered Nurse, utilizing theoretical concepts as a basis for decisions in practice will assess, plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care in accordance with standards of nursing practice for adult/geriatric patients.</p><p></p><p><b><u>Qualifications:</u></b></p><ul><li><p><b>Education:</b> Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.</p></li><li><p><b>Licensure</b>: Current Oklahoma RN License</p></li><li><p><b>Certifications</b>: BLS & ACLS certified. Required certifications must be current before assigned to care for patients independently.
