Account Executive B2B Sales

Role Description
Full-time remote/hybrid role based in Greater Houston. The Account Executive will own the full B2B sales cycle, selling VowchedMe to recruiters, talent agencies, staffing firms, HR teams, and enterprise customers. You'll be one of our earliest commercial hires with significant ownership over pipeline, deals, and go-to-market motion.
Compensation
$90,000 $115,000 USD base + commission. OTE $150,000 $180,000.
Responsibilities

Prospect, qualify, and close B2B deals across recruiting, staffing, and enterprise segments
Build and manage a healthy pipeline with strong forecasting discipline
Run product demos and tailor pitches to recruiter and HR stakeholders
Partner with marketing on outbound campaigns and ICP refinement
Help define our sales playbook, pricing structure, and qualification criteria

Qualifications

3 6 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in HR tech, recruiting tech, or talent platforms
Proven track record hitting or exceeding quota
Strong discovery, negotiation, and closing skills
Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM
Self-starter comfortable operating in an early-stage environment
Bachelor's degree preferred
