Role Description
Full-time remote/hybrid role based in Greater Houston. The Growth Lead will own consumer acquisition and activation for VowchedMe, driving signups for Free, Pro, and Career Accelerator tiers. You'll run paid acquisition, organic growth loops, referral programs, and conversion optimization end-to-end.
Compensation
$100,000 $130,000 USD base, plus performance bonuses tied to growth metrics.
Responsibilities

Own consumer acquisition strategy across paid (Meta, TikTok, Google), organic social, SEO, and referral
Build and optimize funnels from first touch through paid conversion
Design and run experiments on activation, retention, and upgrade triggers
Partner with content and product on viral loops and shareable moments
Track CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and report weekly on growth health

Qualifications

4 7 years in growth, performance marketing, or consumer acquisition at a B2C or PLG company
Hands-on experience running paid campaigns and analyzing performance
Strong analytical skills and comfort with growth tooling (GA, Mixpanel, etc.)
Track record of moving acquisition metrics, not just running campaigns
Bias toward experimentation and speed
