Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) required. (Or RN enrolled in BSN program within 6 months of hire.)</p></li><li><p><b>Required Experience: </b>Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience required. <u>Nursing experience in the emergency department is vital for this role.</u> Demonstrates clinical knowledge related to evidence-based practice with the credibility to positively influence the delivery of patient care. Proven ability to organize and multitask to meet project deadlines. Knowledge of equipment/technology used in delivery of patient care.</p></li><li><p><b>Preferred Experience:</b> 2 years teaching experience. Computer skills in Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of audiovisual equipment is an advantage. </p></li><li><p><b>Licensure:</b> Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current Missouri RN license and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed. Must meet all state board of nursing requirements.</p></li><li><p><b>Required Certifications:</b> Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.
