Maintenance Supervisor

Hiring: Maintenance Supervisor Location: Morgantown, WV Salary: $70,000 - $85,000/yr Schedule: Full-time Central Texas Recruiting is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting production through strong hands-on leadership and effective maintenance planning. Key Responsibilities Supervise, coach, and develop a team of maintenance technicians Plan and prioritize daily maintenance activities based on production needs Ensure completion of preventative and predictive maintenance programs Lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve equipment issues and reduce downtime Support production by responding quickly to mechanical failures Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and documentation Partner with production leadership to meet operational goals Drive continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures Assist with inventory management, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required 5+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills (motors, pumps, conveyors, gearboxes) Experience in a manufacturing or production environment Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams Experience with preventative and predictive maintenance programs preferred Familiarity with CMMS systems preferred
