CMM Programmer

Hiring: CMM Programmer Location: Bethlehem, PA Salary: $70,000 - $90,000/yr Schedule: Full-time Central Texas Recruiting is seeking a CMM Programmer to develop and optimize measurement programs that ensure precision and quality in manufacturing processes. This role is essential in maintaining product standards, supporting quality control, and improving inspection efficiency within a medical device environment. Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and maintain CMM programs for complex part measurement Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T requirements Collaborate with quality and production teams to resolve measurement issues Perform calibration and maintenance of CMM equipment Analyze data and generate detailed inspection reports Validate programs and troubleshoot measurement inconsistencies Train operators on CMM programming and best practices Implement process improvements to enhance inspection efficiency Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree preferred Experience programming and operating CMM machines in manufacturing Strong understanding of GD&T principles Proficiency with PC-DMIS, Calypso, or similar software Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Experience with SPC, QMS, and CAD integration preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
