This role focuses on building client relationships, closing new opportunities, and growing revenue through strategic sales efforts. Key Responsibilities Prospect and develop new business with enterprise and mid-market clients Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to client onboarding Build and maintain strong client relationships Achieve and exceed sales targets Navigate complex sales cycles and decision-making processes Expand staffing service offerings across client accounts Attend industry events and conferences Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree required 7+ years of professional staffing sales experience Proven success in new client acquisition Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise clients Strong network within talent acquisition and staffing ecosystems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen Ability to travel for industry events Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
