Hiring: Resident District Manager Location: Salem, OR Salary: $120,000+/yr Schedule: Full-time Central Texas Recruiting is seeking a Resident District Manager to oversee multi-site operations, drive strategic growth, and lead food service programs within a large K 12 environment. This role is responsible for operational performance, client relationships, and team leadership across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations across multiple sites and teams Deliver high-quality food service and ensure operational excellence Manage financial performance, budgets, and profitability goals Build and maintain strong client and community relationships Develop and execute strategic plans for growth and performance Lead, coach, and develop management and frontline teams Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required 5+ years of management experience 5+ years of functional experience in food service or operations Prior experience in K 12 environment required Strong leadership and employee engagement skills Experience with culinary production and safety compliance Strong financial and operational management skills Valid driver’s license required
