Analyst/Sr. Analyst, Sales Business Intelligence (2312439)

Responsibility for communicating directly with business units to understand their business problems; Develop creative proof-of-concept solutions that can be easily articulated to the IT organization for production; Utilize SQL and R to create tables, store procedures, and process data to be utilized by Sales applications and reports; Develop in R to manage versioning of data and to query terms from a database; Utilize R markdown to create PDF documents; Develop Python Scripts for data migration; Maintain the reliability of solutions by developing and implementing standards and/or processes for database maintenance, documentation, and configuration; Create and maintain documentation related to the company’s software solution and database environment; Utilize various programming languages to provide analyst tools to perform statistical research and analysis; Develop forecasting models and new predictive analytics to enable strategy teams to identify trends; Perform ad-hoc analysis and other program administration as required; Refresh and maintain legacy reports currently developed in Excel. Work Schedule: 40 hours per week/8 a.m.-5 p.m./M-F. Job Location: Fort Worth, TX 3 years of experience as an Analyst, Intern, or any occupation in which the required experience was gained, plus demonstrated experience in: Analyze data using SQL; Data visualizations and reporting tools (Tableau and PowerBI); Database Management Systems for storing, organizing, and retrieving; Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, and Load); Data governance, quality checks and validation; Creating and presenting analytical insights; Microsoft Word and PowerPoint; Business decision-making; Advanced Microsoft Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot, and Pivot Tables); Project documentation and collaborating; Enterprise sales including SAP Sales and Distribution. A bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of experience will be accepted in lieu of a master’s degree plus 3 years of experience. Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
