Develop and implement go-to-market strategies tailored for corporate accounts designed for market share growth; Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance corporate traveler online booking tool compliance, creating efficient and cost-effective travel booking solutions for the corporate account team; Develop, implement, and audit the creation of vertical-specific playbooks to guide account management and traveler engagement; Partner with internal commercial departments, including Revenue Management, Network Planning, Sales Operations & Enablement, and Distribution, to align strategies and optimize account performance; Collaborate with third-party corporate travel consultants to enhance American's value proposition within corporate travel programs and relationships; Guide coordination across the Corporate Sales organization on strategic initiatives and engagements with Corporate Travel Managers, including in-market activations, surveys, customer forums, and roundtables, as well as trade organizations; Act as a strategic consultant to the corporate sales account teams on airline products and services. Work Schedule: 40 hours per week/8 a.m.-5 p.m./M-F. Job Location: Fort Worth, TX 3 years of experience as Analyst or any occupation in which the required experience was gained, and demonstrated experience in: SalesHub; Airlines Industry Experience; Corporate Travel Economics; Airline Distribution Channels and strategy; Power BI; Interpreting and dissecting data to develop tailored solutions that enhance customer experience; Managing corporate accounts and driving growth through strategic partnerships; Analyze customer data and KPIs to inform strategy and improve performance; Aviation or travel industry experience; Advanced Excel functions including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis tools to analyze and present project data effectively; Leverage Prism to analyze and visualize scientific or statistical data, ensuring accurate interpretation and clear presentation of results; Create and maintain executive-level presentations using ThinkCell to visualize complex data and insights clearly and efficiently; End-to-end project management including planning, coordinating resources, tracking progress, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery; Crafting clear, compelling presentation decks that effectively communicate complex project insights to diverse audiences. A bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of experience will be accepted in lieu of a master’s degree plus 3 years of experience. Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, or related field.
