We’re Hiring: Technology Specialist IT Service, Support and Operations Telecom OSS/BSS Location: Bellevue, WA 98006 Duration: 12 Months Contract Start Date: March 20, 2026 --- About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Technology Specialist with strong expertise in telecom OSS/BSS, cloud, and modern application development. This role involves leading end-to-end solution design, driving architecture strategy, and delivering scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with business goals. --- Key Responsibilities: * Own end-to-end solution design across multiple initiatives and domains * Identify architectural gaps and define remediation strategies * Drive technical strategy and architecture discussions across teams * Develop and maintain architecture diagrams, data models, and microservices design * Lead cross-functional collaboration to align business and technology solutions * Build and promote technology roadmaps for infrastructure, products, and services * Ensure adherence to architectural standards and best practices * Mentor teams and guide enterprise-wide technical decisions --- Required Skills: * 8 10+ years of experience in software engineering and solution architecture * Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture * Hands-on experience with TypeScript, ReactJS, Angular, and Node.js * Experience with AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, VPC, EMR) * Knowledge of Machine Learning, NLP, and Gen AI technologies (TensorFlow, PyTorch, GPT, Llama, embeddings, vector databases such as Pinecone) * Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, distributed systems, and integration patterns * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills --- Nice to Have: * Experience with Google Workspace, AWS, or Azure Cloud Services * Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA --- Key Expectations: * Lead solution architecture and technical strategy * Drive cross-domain initiatives and enterprise-level design decisions * Deliver scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives
