Unit Overview

39-bed General Surgery / Med-Surg unit
Bariatric Center of Excellence designation
High-acuity patient population, including:
- Laparoscopic & minimally invasive procedures
- Bariatric surgery
- Tracheostomies
- Kidney & liver transplants
- Trauma and complex surgical cases

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
BLS
Current state nursing license.
Prefer one year full time or three years part time experience in acute care setting.
Requirements specified for specialty unit

Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to adapt to multiple and changing priorities
