This is a night-shift Med Surg RN role supporting pre‑ and post‑operative patients across a wide variety of surgical specialties, offering strong clinical exposure and long-term growth opportunities.

Unit Overview

39‑bed General Surgery / Med Surg unit
Pre‑ and post‑operative care with bariatric surgery designation (Center of Excellence)
Patient populations include:
- Laparoscopic & minimally invasive procedures
- Bariatric surgery
- Tracheostomies
- Kidney & liver transplants
- Trauma and complex surgical cases
Opportunity to develop skills across multiple surgical specialties

What You’ll Do

Provide safe, high-quality, patient‑centered nursing care
Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and interdisciplinary teams
Support pre‑op and post‑op patients through recovery
Deliver care aligned with facility policies and service excellence standards
Serve as a clinical resource and advocate for patients and families

Qualifications

Current RN License in good standing with state licensing board.
Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
Prefer one year full time or three years part time experience in acute care setting.
BLS certification
