Pay & Compensation
- Base pay: $39/hr flat-rate
- Up to $48.25/hr with ASE certifications
- Retroactive production bonus: $1.85 – $5.00/hr
- Competitive earning potential based on productivity
Responsibilities
- Perform removal & replacement (R&R) repairs efficiently
- Complete maintenance and repair services
- Maintain 30–35 flagged hours per week
- Assist with diagnostics as needed
- Collaborate with your team in a supportive environment
