What You’ll Be Doing

• Diagnostics and drivability (based on skill level)
• Electrical troubleshooting (growing into advanced work)
• Oil changes, brakes, and general repairs
• Tire work and alignments
• Working on a variety of vehicles, including some European
• Supporting team workflow and solving problems efficiently

You won’t be stuck doing only basic work — and you won’t be thrown into the deep end without support.

Pay & Compensation

• $26–$42/hour based on experience and skill
• Production bonus structure
• Realistic earnings: $68K–$90K+ annually

We pay based on what you can actually do — and give you room to grow into higher earnings.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–7+ years of automotive experience
• Strong foundation in maintenance and repair
• Some diagnostic and electrical experience (or desire to grow into it)
• Own tools
• Reliable, team-oriented mindset
• Pride in clean, accurate work

ASE certifications are a plus — not required.

What We’re NOT Looking For

• Big egos
• Drama
• Blame-shifting
• Techs who need constant supervision
